The way StudentTemps.ca works is very simple for everyone to understand. Our job is to match up our two lists: one of employers needing workers and the other of Students looking to work.

When an employer calls us and tells us they need some extra help, we immediately look at our Student list to see which Students can work at the wanted times.

Then we contact the available Students and the first to confirm they can work, gets assigned to go to the employer's workplace.

Upon completing their hours of work, the Student and Employer fill out the timesheet and both sign it to make sure it is accurate.

At the end of the week, the Student must ensure that the timesheet gets faxed or emailed to StudentTemps.ca to ensure prompt direct deposit payment to their bank account in a week's time.

As soon as StudentTemps.ca gets the timesheet, we send out an invoice with a total of all work done by all Students that week. Then the employer has a week's time to pay the invoice.
